About me.

So a little about me.. I’m a highly effective, dynamic and resilient HR Consultant (MCIPD) with 20 years HR experience in the Service Sector with organisations such as E.ON UK, Molson Coors Brewing Company, Virgin Media and HomeServe Membership Limited.

Throughout my career I’ve always been commercially curious and strived to work with businesses and leaders to achieve organisational growth, to make “the boat go faster”! Having successfully operated in fast paced environments at a senior level I’m as comfortable engaging with a member of the Executive team as a I am a frontline employee.

Known for being pragmatic and delivery focused, I take pride in working closely with business owners and leaders to proactively understand the commerciality of the operation, translating their vision and strategy into a clear and focused people roadmap for growth to help set them up for enhanced success.
